Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gates.
• Assist with reservations, ticketing, baggage handling, and related charges.
• Handle lost-and-found tasks and process related claims.
• Answer inquiries about flight schedules, fares, and general travel information.
• Maintain safety and security by following airline and AGI procedures.
• Coordinate flight movements and communicate with gate, ground crew, and airport staff.
