Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to deliver first-class customer service at the ticket counter and gate. You will assist with reservations, ticketing, and baggage handling while upholding safety and airline procedures.

This role involves interacting with passengers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth boarding and departures in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are friendly, outgoing, and focused on providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• US work authorization required for work location in the United States.
• Complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate.
• Ensure safety and security is never compromised.
• Handle ticketing, reservations, and baggage processing per airline standards.
• Address customer inquiries and provide travel information as needed.
