Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) seeks a Passenger Service Agent to deliver first-class customer service from check-in to gate, ensuring passengers are informed and guided to the right location on time. You will handle tickets, baggage, and travel information while maintaining safety and security standards across a busy airport environment.

The role requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States or Canada as applicable.
• Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport identification security.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant airline customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gates following airline standards.
• Handle reservations, ticket issuance, refunds, baggage handling, and overage charges.
• Assist with lost and found processes and tracing for lost baggage.
• Inform passengers with travel information and answer inquiries about schedules and fares.
• Meet aircraft at gates, verify documents, and coordinate reservations and standbys.
• Check and complete flight forms and assist with post-departure procedures.
• Communicate flight movement and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
