Alliance Ground International (AGI) invites you to join our Passenger Service Agent team at the Orlando airport. You will be the face of AGI, guiding travelers through check-in, boarding, and arrivals with a focus on first-class service while adhering to safety and airline procedures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• If working in the United States, authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• SIDA training may be required for airport access.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant customer service or airport experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate following airline standards.
• Handle ticketing, reservations, baggage handling, and refunds as needed.
• Assist passengers with information, directions, and processing of payments and fees.
• Maintain safety and security procedures and report issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate with flight crews, gate agents, and ground handling teams to move passengers efficiently.
