Aufgaben

• Greet and process passengers for outbound flights at the check-in counter and gate.
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
• Check passenger baggage and place bag tags for destination.
• Coordinate ticket counter activities with ramp for baggage handling.
• Address customer complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling.
• Make announcements regarding flight activity at gate or PA system.
• Answer passenger inquiries about schedules, fares, and space availability.
• Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors and wheelchair assistance.
• Ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and arrival.
