Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Agent in Phoenix, AZ. This customer-facing role focuses on first-class service at check-in, gate, and arrivals, while following safety and airline procedures.

You will assist with reservations, tickets, baggage handling, and passenger inquiries to ensure smooth travel for our customers. Responsibilities include coordinating with flight crews and ground teams, meeting aircraft at the gate, and handling post-departure procedures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• U.S. work authorization required if located in the United States.
• SIDA training is required to obtain airport authority identification security.
• One+ year of relevant airline/ground handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required; Mandarin/Vietnamese skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate, following airline standards.
• Make reservations, issue tickets/itineraries, process refunds, and collect excess baggage charges.
• Handle passenger inquiries about schedules, fares, and policies with courtesy.
• Meet aircraft at gate, assist with boarding/deplaning, and manage reservations/standbys as needed.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance; assist with post-departure procedures and flight close-out forms.
• Support lost and found activities, tracing and filing reports as required.
