Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC in Omaha seeks friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our airport team. You will assist passengers with arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, and baggage services, delivering courteous service and solutions for diverse traveler needs.

No prior experience required; paid training is provided. This role involves rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and flight privileges after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Process ticketing and check-in on a computerized system, including boarding and baggage services.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through airport areas.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work safely per Unifi standards.
• Report safety incidents or hazards promptly.
