Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking motivated customer service agents to support passengers at the airport. You will assist with arrival and check-in, manage ticketing and boarding, and guide travellers through Customs and security procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time positions offer benefits and paid-time-off; comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, and a 401(k) program. Training is provided, no prior experience required, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport or state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and help during arrival and check-in.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding and reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to provide wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked items for loading and arrival.
• Push wheelchairs through airport terminals for passengers.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform related duties safely and as assigned.
• Report safety incidents and hazards promptly.
