Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring for part-time passenger service agents at Omaha's airport. You will assist passengers with arrival, check-in, boarding, and baggage, providing friendly, efficient support across all ticketing and customer inquiries.

No experience is required and paid training is provided. The role includes flight privileges after 30 days, weekly pay, and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, check-in, boarding, and baggage.
• Assist with ticketing and check-in using a computerized system.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report hazards.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers and passengers needing wheelchair assistance.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, reservations and related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery to passengers.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work safely and securely under company standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and hazards.
