• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in.
• Handle ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations, and related queries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist with wheelchairs and loading/unloading for departure and arrival.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards per policy.
