Unifi is a trusted aviation services provider seeking friendly, empathetic people to join our growing team. No experience is required; paid training is provided. You'll help passengers with arrivals, ticketing, check-in, and boarding while ensuring safety and quality service.

This full-time airport role offers benefits including medical coverage, PTO, 401(k), flight privileges after probation, and weekly pay. Candidates must be at least 18 and able to obtain required credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport/state/customs requirements.
• No experience is required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrivals and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage service, and reservations.
• Direct passengers through customs, immigration, and quarantine protocols.
• Assist ramp agents by coordinating wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked items for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs and guide passengers through airport areas.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies; perform duties safely and securely.
• Report safety and security incidents and hazards promptly.
