Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage handling, reservations and related inquiries.
• Operate ticketing and check-in systems and resolve related issues and complaints.
• Assist passengers with special needs, unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair assistance.
• Direct passengers through customs and immigration and coordinate with ramp staff for loading/unloading.
