Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Dallas, TX seeks a Passenger Service Supervisor to oversee a fast-paced airport passenger service environment. The role includes helping with check-in, ticketing, baggage handling and customer assistance, while adhering to uniform and conduct guidelines.

The position requires Spanish-speaking ability, strong communication in English, and the capacity to work standing duties at counters and gates. This is a full-time, on-site role with emphasis on service excellence and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims.
• Host self-service kiosks and verify passengers' documents prior to boarding aircraft.
• Interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing tags.
• Ensure that all work areas are organized and functional (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage).

Role Purpose

The Passenger Service Supervisor will have primary oversight of the fast-paced airport passenger service environment providing quality passenger service, ticketing, check-in processing, luggage claim handling and service assistance to all traveling passengers. This individual must adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct
