Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Promptly handle passenger service complaints with positive resolutions.
• Schedule staff, develop leaders, and ensure accountability.
• Complete check-in procedures: reservations, ticketing, seating, announcements, documentation checks.
• Assist customers with special needs and unaccompanied minors.
• Maintain safe operations and comply with health, safety and security standards.
• Provide training and mentor other employees.
