Job summary

The Passenger Service Supervisor at Menzies Aviation will oversee the fast-paced airport passenger service environment, ensuring quality passenger service, ticketing, check-in processing, luggage claim handling and service assistance to travelers.

You will lead a team at the gate, assist with self-service kiosks, verify documents, manage announcements and ensure orderly check-in areas while upholding uniform guidelines and conduct codes.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED and good English communication.
• Minimum one year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; excellent communication skills.
• Computer skills using airline or airport systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims and other passenger issues at the airport.
• Host self-service kiosks and verify passengers’ documents prior to boarding aircraft.
• Interpret identification labels and baggage routing tags.
• Ensure that all work areas are organized and functional (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage).
• Other responsibilities in the gate area include making announcements, checking baggage, and assigning seats.
• Perform other duties as requested.
