Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service per AGI and airline standards to ensure satisfaction at every step.
• Ensure safety and security is never compromised.
• Interact with customers at the ticket counter and gate in a professional manner.
• Make and assist with reservations, tickets, itineraries, fares, refunds, baggage checks and excess baggage charges.
• Handle lost and found, tracing, claims, and maintain records of activities.
• Answer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel information.
• Meet aircraft at gate, depart lounges, validate tickets, arrange reservations and luggage needs.
• Determine flight close-out time and complete flight documents and post-departure procedures.
• Coordinate flight movement messages between gate, ground handling, crew, and vendors.
• Follow Dangerous Goods handling procedures.
