Job summary

Aircraft-Service-International-Group- at Tampa International Airport, Florida, is seeking airport operations staff to perform computerized passenger check-in, seat assignments, and document verification for domestic and international travel. The role includes ensuring correct boarding passes and managing reservations for charter flights.

You will work in all weather conditions, must be 18+, hold a valid Driver’s License/FAA IDs, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must possess/maintain a valid Driver’s License and FAA identification/seals.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
Must be available to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
Work is indoors and outdoors – capable of working in all weather conditions.
Ability to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

Computerized check-in of passengers for international and domestic travel.
Designate seat assignments.
Verify documentation for international and domestic flights.
Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned charter flight.
Verify ticket and seat reservations.
Match manifest to on-board count.
Assist with various governmental agency requirements.
Connect and disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary.
Announce arrivals and departures as necessary.
