Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking part-time passenger service agents at Spokane Airport to assist with arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and Reservations. Training is provided with no prior experience required.

The role supports wheelchair assistance, customer questions, and flight-related needs while following safety procedures and company policies. Benefits and flight privileges may apply after eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for special needs.
• Handle ticketing, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and related queries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to load/unload wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
• Push wheelchairs and guide passengers through airport processes.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
