Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair assistance.
• Handle ticketing, boarding, baggage service, reservations, and related inquiries or complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
