Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring for a passenger services role focused on arrivals, check-in, and boarding support. You will assist passengers, handle ticketing and baggage tasks, and guide travelers through immigration processes at the airport.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), time off, and flight privileges after 30 days. This is a full-time in-person position with 30+ hours weekly and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain credentials for airport/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient passenger assistance during arrivals, check-in, and boarding.
• Manage ticketing, check-in, baggage handling, and reservations via computerized systems.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as needed.
• Assist with wheelchair and other passenger needs, including unaccompanied minors and VIPs.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
