Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Spokane is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Agent to support arrivals, check-in, ticketing, and baggage services, including assisting passengers with special needs. The role offers a non-exempt, part-time schedule with weekly pay and flight benefits after 30 days.

Responsibilities include guiding passengers through check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. No prior experience is required as paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in process, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, and reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery to passengers.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
