Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in processes, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding, baggage service, reservations and problem resolution.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all airport areas.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform related duties as assigned within capability.
• Complete work safely and securely per Unifi standards and report hazards.
