Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and support for arrivals and check-in, including passengers with special needs.
• Operate a computerized system for ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations and related inquiries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
• Push wheelchairs through airport areas and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Report safety and security incidents and potential hazards per policy.
