Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in via computerized system including boarding and baggage.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers and gate-checked items.
• Ensure safety and comply with policies and laws.
• Report safety incidents and potential hazards promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned within skill and experience.
