Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring customer service associates to support passengers at the airport with arrival, check-in, boarding, baggage handling and related inquiries. No prior experience is required and paid training is provided.

You will work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and may assist guests with special needs. Responsibilities include operating ticketing systems, guiding passengers, and ensuring smooth flow through security and boarding, while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist passengers during arrival and check-in.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding and baggage services.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as needed.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags for loading and arrival.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and report hazards.
• Perform related duties and work safely per company policy.
