Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Agent at MCI Airport to welcome passengers, answer inquiries, and support check-in and boarding processes. This role emphasizes safety, policy compliance, and high-quality passenger service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, English fluency, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• One year of customer service experience
• Ability to access and interpret information on electronic devices (iPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile Devices)
• Pass a background check and drug screen; eligible for required credentials ( FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs )

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries
• Provide flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport service information
• Handle check-in and baggage processing professionally
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain safety procedures
