PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Agent to greet passengers at the airport, assist with check-in and boarding, and provide accurate information on flight schedules and services.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment (U.S.)
• One year of customer service experience
• Ability to use IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile devices

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services
• Handle the boarding process and baggage processing efficiently and courteously
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in procedures
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Make announcements and inform passengers about flight changes and boarding times
• Coordinate with security and ground staff to ensure a smooth passenger experience
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and participate in ongoing training
