Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• One year of customer service experience.
• Access and interpret information on electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile Devices).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, and inquiries.
• Provide information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services.
• Handle check-in and baggage processing courteously.
• Assist with self-service kiosks and online check-in.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Make announcements and inform passengers about flight changes and boarding times.
• Coordinate with ground staff and crew for a smooth passenger experience.
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, and re-bookings as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of frequent flyer programs and loyalty services.
