The position requires 18+, legal work authorization in the U.S., and at least one year of customer service experience. On-site shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Ability to use IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, gates, and services.
• Handle check-in and baggage processing efficiently and courteously.
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in.
• Resolve passenger issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Make announcements and inform passengers of changes and boarding times.
• Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations.
• Coordinate with ground staff to ensure a smooth passenger experience.
