Contour Covering Technology B.V. seeks a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to deliver exceptional customer service at local airports, handling check-in, gate information, baggage, and ramp operations.

You will assist passengers, operate GSE safely, and coordinate with flight crews while maintaining policy compliance and safety standards. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 9 months of airline or aviation industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• DOT pre-employment drug screen and TSA background checks may apply.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist customers with a prompt, friendly, courteous manner.
• Check-in, ticketing changes, re-bookings, and special service requests.
• Board/deplane flights, assist passengers with needs, and manage baggage.
• Provide accurate gate information and support ramp operations.
• Marshal and taxi aircraft, operate ground service equipment safely.
