Job summary

Contour is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to deliver exceptional customer service at local or regional airports, handling check-in, gate operations, and ramp duties.

You will assist passengers, manage baggage, marshal aircraft, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance in indoor and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• At least 9 months of airline or aviation experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus not required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Office 365, Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Provide check-in assistance, handle ticketing changes, re-book itineraries, and process special service requests.
• Check and accept passenger baggage, ensuring compliance with airline policies and safety regulations.
• Board and deplane flights, escort passengers to and from aircraft as needed.
• Provide accurate gate information, flight arrivals/departures, and general inquiries.
• Assist passengers with special needs, resolve concerns, and ensure high service levels.
• Maintain knowledge of policies related to unaccompanied minors, safety/regulations.
• Communicate clearly with passengers, coworkers, flight Crews, and vendors.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp and ensure safe ground handling procedures.
• Perform ground service equipment checks and report issues.
• Possess responsibilities of Ground Security Coordinator per security program.
• Handle baggage and company materials with care; lift and transfer items as required.
• Support ramp setup and equipment storage; perform duties as assigned by leadership.
