Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months airline or aviation industry experience preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously at the airport.
• Provide check-in assistance, ticketing changes, and re-bookings as needed.
• Handle baggage according to policies and safety regulations.
• Board/deplane passengers and assist with special needs.
• Provide accurate gate information and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain ramp safety and assist with aircraft marshal operations.
• Perform ground service tasks and assist with GSE checks.
• Support Ground Security Coordinator duties as required.
