Job summary

Contour Airlines is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent at Southeast Iowa-Burlington Regional Airport. This full-time role supports ticketing, boarding, ramp operations, and customer service in a dynamic airport environment.

You will greet passengers, assist with check-in, manage baggage, marshal aircraft, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering courteous service in all weather and shift conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Check-in assistance, ticket changes, and re-bookings.
• Handle baggage in compliance with policies and safety rules.
• Board/deplane passengers and assist with special needs.
• Provide accurate gate information and general inquiries.
• Maintain ramp safety and observe procedures.
• Marshal aircraft and coordinate ground service as needed.
