Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 9 months airline or aviation industry experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly in a friendly manner.
• Check-in passengers, process changes, and rebook itineraries.
• Handle baggage and comply with airline policies and safety rules.
• Board and deplane, assist unaccompanied minors and passengers with needs.
• Provide gate information on arrivals, departures, and inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of policies related to security and operations.
• Communicate clearly with passengers, crew, and vendors.
• Ensure safety in ramp areas and perform GSE checks.
• Perform duties of a Ground Security Coordinator per policy.
• Provide aircraft servicing when required and manage equipment storage.
• Assist with ramp setup and support station leadership as needed.
