Job summary

Contour is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to join our team. You will work at local or regional airports, performing ticketing, gate, and ramp tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires 18+, US work authorization, and strong English. Airline experience is preferred. Training covers unaccompanied minors, safety, and regulatory guidelines. A positive, team‑oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Nine+ months airline/aviation experience preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and able to travel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365, Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Type at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the airport promptly and courteously.
• Provide check-in assistance, re-bookings, and special service requests.
• Handle baggage and ensure compliance with policies and safety rules.
• Board/deplane passengers and assist with unaccompanied minors and mobility needs.
• Provide accurate gate information and assist with passenger inquiries.
• Maintain safety and security of the ramp and follow procedures.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp and operate GSE safely.
• Support Ground Security Coordinator duties as needed.
• Perform duties related to lavatory servicing, water refills, cleaning, and stocking.
