Contour is currently seeking a Part-Time Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to support Contour Airlines at local or regional airports. You will assist with check-in, ticketing, boarding, and ramp operations, while delivering exceptional customer service in a safe and compliant environment.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work in shifting conditions, and adherence to DOT/FAA security standards. Prior airline experience is preferred; DOT drug screening and TSA checks may apply.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
• Strong customer-service mindset with professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Provide check-in assistance, ticketing changes, and re-bookings.
• Board and deplane flights; assist passengers with special needs and unaccompanied minors.
• Maintain knowledge of policies for unaccompanied minors, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp and ensure safe ground handling.
• Handle baggage, GSE checks, and ramp operations; assist with security protocols.
