Job summary

Contour is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to deliver exceptional customer service at local or regional airports. You will handle ticketing changes, gate information, boarding assistance, and ramp operations while ensuring safety and compliance with airline policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Read/write/speak English fluently; Spanish is a plus.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and FAA/random testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Provide check-in assistance, ticketing changes, and rebookings.
• Board and deplane flights; assist passengers with special needs.
• Provide accurate gate information and handle inquiries.
• Maintain safety and security of ramp operations.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp and supervise GSE checks.
• Assist with baggage handling and routine aircraft servicing.
