Job summary

Contour is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to deliver exceptional customer service at local airports. The role involves ticketing, boarding assistance, baggage handling, and coordinating with flight crews to ensure smooth operations.

The position requires strong communication, safety awareness, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Training will cover regulations, ramp procedures, and GSE operations.

Qualifications

• 9 months airline or aviation experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and travel without restrictions.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Check-in, ticketing changes, re-bookings, and special requests.
• Handle baggage per airline policies and safety rules.
• Board/deplane passengers and assist with minors and special needs.
• Provide gate information and assist with inquiries.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp and monitor safety.
• Perform GSC duties under the security program.
• Support ramp operations and GSE checks.
