Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking a Supervisory professional to lead the day-to-day station operations, ensuring safe, on-time performance and excellent customer service. You will supervise Agents/Clerks, manage staffing, and drive training programs while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain records.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to handle multiple priorities, and compliance with safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safe, on-time service.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and manage scheduling and manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable operation and conduct agent observations.
• Schedule local training including new hire training and address issues as they arise.
• Prepare reports, participate in station calls and audits, and manage records and files.
• Assist with ramp and customer service duties as needed and adhere to uniform policy.
