Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to lead and coordinate the activities of a work team, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks.

You will interpret company policies and enforce procedures across shifts, driving performance and productivity in a dynamic airline environment. Ideal candidates will have prior supervisory experience, strong English communication, and the ability to motivate staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to show initiative and critical thinking is necessary.
• Must work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated; be punctual and reliable.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
