Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. in Fort Smith, AR seeks a Station Supervisor to lead the day-to-day station operations, ensuring safety, on-time performance, and strong customer service. You will manage Agents/Clerks, schedule staffing, conduct training, and resolve issues to keep operations running smoothly.

You will also maintain records, participate in audits and calls, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies while supporting a seamless passenger experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant driver license or travel authority.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and carry, bend, and turn with baggage.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time dependability.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and schedule manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation.
• Conduct Agent observations and local training including new hire training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
• Adhere to uniform policy and supervise accordingly.
• Participate in conference calls, audits, and prepare reports.
• Maintain records (time/attendance, personnel files, performance).
• Supervisors perform Station Agent work as required, across ramp and customer service duties.
