Job summary

Contour is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent in Manistee, MI to deliver exceptional customer service at the ticket counter, gate, and ramp. Training covers both customer-facing and aircraft servicing tasks in indoor and outdoor settings.

You will work to greet customers, assist with check-in and baggage, and provide accurate gate information, while maintaining safety and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 9 months airline/aviation experience preferred.
• US work authorization and travel unrestricted.
• Valid driver's license with good record.
• Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English; Spanish a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Office 365, Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Able to type at least 30 wpm.
• Professional, customer-focused interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tactful.
• DOT pre-employment drug screening; FAA/company random testing.
• Background checks per TSA requirements.
• Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, prompt approach.
• Provide check-in, ticketing changes, and rebooking services.
• Process baggage in line with policies and safety regs.
• Assist boarding/deplaning, including passengers with needs.
• Provide gate information and answer inquiries accurately.
• Ensure safety and security of ramp operations.
• Operate ground service equipment safely and report issues.
• Support with unaccompanied minors and special needs.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication across teams.
• Adhere to safety regulations and airline policies.
