Avflight Traverse City is seeking an energetic customer service agent to assist passengers and cargo handling at Traverse City, MI. The role requires ensuring smooth passenger experiences, processing fares and tickets, and supporting baggage and cabin operations.

The position involves lifting up to 50 lbs, working varied shifts including nights and weekends, and compliance with background checks and security requirements. High school diploma or GED is necessary.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Must be available to work varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts plus weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Provide efficient, friendly service to all customers.
• Arrange passenger itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, tickets, and check baggage.
• Assist with reservations, standby, luggage, cabin availability and in-flight supplies.
• Guide passengers between terminal and aircraft for safe passage.
• Load and unload cargo on and off aircraft; transport between terminals and aircraft.
