Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at an airport location, driving security, service, and sales. You will manage Ambassadors and Managers, oversee payroll and scheduling, and ensure staff accountability while keeping a strong focus on customer experiences.

You will spend at least 80% on the floor, hire and mentor teams, and collaborate with TSA and airline partners. A government background check is required for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of leadership experience in a high volume, fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence others in a dynamic setting.
• Experience reviewing and reporting on KPIs on a regular basis.
• Availability to work a non-traditional schedule (weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings).
• Must be able to pass a government background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers to deliver security, service, and sales.
• Own airport location execution and drive KPIs & metrics.
• Hire, develop, and sustain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Manage labor, payroll, and scheduling with a focus on floor time and customer engagement.
• Build relationships with TSA, airline, and airport partners and escalate needs as required.
