Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee a team of Ambassadors and Managers at airport locations, ensuring top-tier security and customer service while driving sales performance.

The role requires managing both salaried and hourly staff, building strong relationships with airport stakeholders, and spending the majority of time on the floor engaging with customers to deliver CLEAR's vision.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of leadership experience in high-volume, fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on mentoring and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a team of Ambassadors and Managers leveraging CLEAR technology for airport security, customer service and sales.
• Serve as business owner for the airport and drive execution to achieve KPIs and metrics.
• Hire, develop and sustain a diverse team delivering on CLEAR objectives related to security, service, and sales.
• Drive employee engagement and create accountability for exceptional security and customer experiences while promoting CLEAR story.
• Performance manage salaried and hourly staff; conduct ongoing performance evaluations and tough conversations when needed.
• Build stakeholder relationships with TSA, airlines, and airport partners; address needs promptly and escalate as necessary.
• Manage labor, payroll, and scheduling oversight.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing airport environment.
