Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at a large airport location. You will oversee Ambassadors and Managers, ensuring security, service, and sales targets are met while driving employee engagement and a high-performance culture.

You will manage payroll, scheduling, and stakeholder relations with TSA and airline partners, spending most time on the floor to lead by example. Must be able to work non-traditional schedules and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers using CLEAR technology for airport security, customer service and sales.
• Own the airport business and drive execution to achieve KPIs & metrics.
• Hire, develop and sustain a diverse team delivering on CLEAR objectives related to security, service, and sales.
• Drive employee engagement and foster accountability for security and customer service.
• Performance manage salaried and hourly team members with regular feedback.
