Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a General Manager to lead daily operations at the airport, overseeing Ambassadors and Managers and ensuring secure, high-quality customer service and sales. You will drive KPIs, coach a diverse team, and manage payroll and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage stakeholders, meet regulatory requirements, and spend most time on the floor serving customers. Responsibilities include staffing, training, and performance management to achieve CLEAR objectives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leadership in high-volume, customer-facing environments.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to drive KPIs, scheduling, and payroll oversight.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours and follow policy guidelines.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers utilizing CLEAR technology.
• Own airport business and drive KPI execution to meet targets.
• Hire, develop and sustain a diverse team delivering security, service and sales.
• Drive employee engagement and accountability for CLEAR objectives.
• Performance manage staff and conduct tough conversations as needed.
• Build relationships with TSA, airline and airport partners; escalate issues as needed.
• Manage labor, payroll, and scheduling; ensure efficient operations.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment.
