Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at a major airport location. You will manage Ambassadors and Managers, ensure security and customer service excellence, drive KPIs, and own labor, scheduling, and payroll while on the floor most of the time.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of leadership in high-volume, customer-facing settings, experience managing salaried and hourly staff, and a proven track record of coaching teams to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Leads and develops high-performing teams in fast-paced settings.
• Manages security, customer service and sales through CLEAR technology.
• Ensures KPI targets are met and sustained.
• Availability for non-traditional schedule and airport operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers.
• Own the airport P&L, scheduling, and labor allocation.
• Drive engagement and accountability for security, service, and sales.
• Build relationships with TSA, airline and airport partners; escalate as needed.
• Evaluate performance and conduct tough conversations when necessary.
• Spend 80%+ of time on the floor in a customer-facing role.
