Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at a major airport location, overseeing Ambassadors and Managers. You will drive security, service and sales while ensuring compliance with policies and safety requirements.

You will manage salaried and hourly staff, optimize staffing and scheduling, and build strong relationships with TSA and airline partners. A high-energy leader with KPI focus will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to mentor and train teams.
• Ability to lead operations, drive KPIs, and manage staffing, payroll, and schedule.
• Comfort with non-traditional hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers leveraging CLEAR technology.
• Be the business owner for the airport, driving KPI achievement and operational execution.
• Hire, develop and sustain a diverse team delivering security, service and sales.
• Drive employee engagement and accountability, including tough performance conversations.
• Build and maintain relationships with TSA, airlines and airport partners; escalate as needed.
• Manage labor, payroll and scheduling; ensure 80% time on the floor in customer-facing roles.
