Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily airport operations, coach Ambassadors, and ensure top-tier security, service and sales performance. The role reports to the General Manager and emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership in customer-facing settings, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to drive engagement, compliance, and operational excellence on the floor.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and influence others.
• Solid leadership and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment
• Experience with employee engagement, customer satisfaction, sales and adhering to compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using technology daily in your work
• Required to successfully complete a government background investigation
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work a non-traditional schedule

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in essential duties for efficient station operation, enabling Ambassadors in security, service and sales.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy procedures are followed with high security and integrity.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and development of Ambassadors and foster learning.
• Coach, mentor and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Analyze key metrics and customer feedback to drive improvements on floor performance.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing airport environment
